My company Falcontail Web Design is now offering free 30 minute consultations for businesses! I was us wondering if any of you had any feedback as to whether you think this would be a good idea. I am particularly interested in hearing from business owners or people who have worked with these types of offers in their professional life but all feedback is welcome. As a way of background we have worked for small businesses and large institutions like Stanford University so we have a pretty solid reputation and probably don't need to give away free work but we think this will help broaden our appeal. At first we were only going to offer this to companies in our hometown of Houston Tx but now we have expanded the offer. We offer web design, development, marketing, social media management, content marketing, tech training, SEO, hosting, photography and more so we have a pretty broad range of services. We only plan to offer these packages for a short time and they are in limited supply but we plan to make this a recurring part of our business model.
